Cotton hasn’t come to be petted like he used to.  So I decided to barricade him from under the table.  After 8:30 if he isn’t hanging out to be petted I got the xpen and wrapped it around the table so he couldn’t hide under there.  I missed him.  

He looked n looked to see whats going on.  I decided to go brush him.  He bit me hard when I go to pick him up.  Little fuzz ball.   Ouch.  Brushed him he enjoyed it.  Held him petted he made throat noises like Ruby used to.  A big sigh.  Came back in living room.  Petted. Sat on couch let him go.  A little later he decided to come get petted since he couldn’t get under the table. 

So last nite I didn’t have to block him he came on his own to get petted and stayed for quite a while like he used to. 

He sees Fouad and runs off.  He will come up if Fouad leaves the house to go to the dock for a while.  When Fouad comes back or makes noise in the kitchen he runs off. I think it scares him. Last nite tho he did fine.  Hope this gets back to normal again.  

Fouad is going to orlando for the month of Ramaddan.  So Cotton will be back to normal.  He seems to want to stay under the table with fouad around lately.  Fouad hasn’t done anything to him.  Cotton refuses to take fruit or parsley from him tho.  Just from me.  He does come atop his cage to eat his lettuce and parsley at nite but runs off when done.   I don’t know he just doesn’t seem to like Fouad.   HE never did.  But he would take food from him.  Not anymore.  Cotton always been funny only likes me and me petting him.  And Mary.  He doesn’t like anyone else or men at all. 

When fouad gets back I may have to block him from the table again to get him to come up and get petted.  We will see. 

Ohhhhh I know what happened.  Fouad had petted Cotton when he was atop his cage.  Since then Cotton has not been coming up for pets.  Ahhh yes that must be it.  Cotton doesn’t like anyone else touching him.  Except the vets office.  He jumps from the table into their arms if he gets a chance.  Or mine.
