Hi everyone! I don’t usually make posts like this, but I thought I would because my buns have been really naughty this week. I’d enjoy reading some naughty things that your bunny (or other pet) does.
My rabbits live in an x-pen that’s about 10×6 ft. They live along a wall and there is a crown molding at the bottom of it. They have never tried chewing it or anything like that. I woke up and a huge part of it was missing! I decided to just paint over it so it would be less noticable.
They are USUALLY good bunnies but this morning was the second time they escaped from their pen. So, I added about 5ft to their cage with those closet shelves you get at like the container store. I attach them to the x-pen with thick rope. This morning, Rumpus chewed the rope and squeezed himself through the opening, waiting for Mocha to come too (what I loyal bunny!). I think they were out for the whole entire night! The room wasn’t bunny proofed exept for the back of the reclining sofa.
Rumpus squeezed himself in there once and I was afraid I was going to squash him so I didn’t move it. I didn’t here him moving and he didn’t respond to his treat box for about 10 minutes and I was so worried he had suffacated himself in something.
So they were running around there for the whole night and they were running around in the wires like it was their personal playground.
Then I woke up. There is a printed glass door/wall leading into their “room”. I saw a furry blob binky into the door and I knew what happened. I went inside and to my luck, there were to hypered up rabbits hiding and binkying around. I had to lore them to me with their favorite treats and then lead them back to their pen.
I switched the rope to wire.
You have some very naughty bunnies!
Be careful, bunnies can still chew through thin wire.
My bunnies are generally pretty good, it you want naughty bunny stories, talk to AndHenry(Andi)! ![]()
OMG – not a day goes by without Henry being or doing something naughty! Trying to decide which story to share is gonna be super hard!!! Lol….
Ok, one that I haven’t shared before….
Henry ‘tricked’ me into thinking he was being a good bed buddy – he stopped eating my cane bed, and stepping over my head to get to the goodies on my bedside table. One night I fell asleep with the tv remote control on the bed, BIG MISTAKE (that I’ve never made again) – he ate all the button’s off!
To this day I can’t change the channel or control the volume, DAM Henry!
AH – check out the toy at this link. I think he made it for Henry! I saw this the other day and had to laugh when I read about your remote control!

LOL JR – I’ll take 10!
Hubby reckons he ate the buttons off cause he got annoyed that I changed the channel from the cooking show HE was watching….
DAM bunny!
AH, I was going to ask if it may have had anything to do with Henry not getting to watch his show!
Of course!!! I’m sure it was a segment on some luscious extreme salad…. I changed the channel quickly – I didn’t want him to get any idea’s, LOL!
Why would you do that? You are Henry’s SLAVE, you are supposed to make him luscious extreme salad every day! ![]()
Ditto what LEL said. Dam slave!!
Our buns have LOADS of toys and plenty to chew on. But Navi will chew our wooden doors, the corners of walls, the skirting boards…. we’re going to have to replace everything if and when we sell our home! The other night she came in to the living room and sat at my feet, licked our wooden coffee table, looked up at me (I swear she knows its naughty but she’s a little madam) then gave it a quick chew before binkying away. She loves to dig at and chew rugs too… shes too cute to be annoyed at, we’ve just resigned ourselves to only having chewed furniture.

Not to mention that Navi also has a habbit of hiding behind the door so she can chew the skirting boards without us seeing, you see her, and she backs out and runs away, licking her lips… She’s such a cheeky little devil…
I have some naughty buns, they are known around here as my Terrible Terror Tans!
They are incredibly hyper although when they were babies they literally drove me nuts. So badly that one time they were all out and I sat on the floor and just cried because I felt like they were taunting me with their terrible antics. They ruined about 4 places in our living room carpet so we had to buy them a huge floor rug that goes wherever their x-pen goes although now with a lot more space they don’t seem to be bad about the carpets anymore. However, the huge floor rug ($200 rug mind you!) takes up almost their entire space in our bedroom (almost free-roam but us humans live in the x-pen where our desk and bed are located). Everything in their area is bun-proofed.
My Tans have jumped out of every single x-pen we have bought EXCEPT the last one we bought which was 48″! They’ve jumped every size below that which is absolutely ridiculous. We looked up the world record for rabbit jumping and got the size bigger than that for them this time around! LMAO!
Wow! Those are some pretty naughty bunnies!
My mom is an interior designer, so she gets a lot of discounts from showrooms. She found a really expensive rug a little less than $2,000 and thought it would be perfect for the bunnies’ room. Big mistake. Their is patches of fur like glued to it everywhere, they missed their litterbox and there are a few dark patches of urine, and the edges are all chewed up. Seems like they found a liking to it
Haha! Andi, Ziggy did the same to my remote. But he only ate the mute & menu buttons. I guess he only fancies the letter M.
