Spencer has been going pretty well with his toilet training inside of his cage, only having a few accidents. However outside of his cage he just pees everywhere and anywhere, even on me. It makes it very difficult taking him out of his cage because my room is carpet, so the only way he can come out is if i take him in to the bathroom and that isn’t always an option. He isn’t neutered because he is still to young. Do you think his little peeing problem will improve once he is neutered?

Yes, that and growing older would improve things i would think. The larger spaces might be overwhelming and he pees in reaction.
          Or is he spraying?

Can you do a pen & cage instead if letting have access to the whole room?
