If the urine is uniform, the color is spread evenly, there is 99.9% chance that it is not blood but, pigmentation form environmental causes (usually food, though there have been reports of blue rabbit urine form wild rabbits near a chemical plant.) If it were blood, it would be splotches or clumps of dark red to coffee grounds looking splotches and, would not be a uniform color. Any problem that would cause blood in the urine would cause it to show up no matter the color of the urine, at least in amounts the lab tests could detect even if not visible to the naked eye.
The only thing I would check is if it’s cloudy (that’s too much calcium) and be sure your rabbit is getting enough water. If you have a water bottle, switch to a crock since rabbits will drink more form a dish than a bottle and, more water is good for them. If you already use a dish for water, make sure it is full and fresh at all times.
If you feed treats or food that are red, orange or, yellow try stopping those things and see if it doesn’t change in a few days. Even so, if it’s simply related to good for the rabbit foods, it isn’t a concern.
