Best bet is to keep him out of the kitchen.

I agree about keeping him out of the kitchen. Where is his cage/pen located and where is his primary exercise space?

I would suggest keeping him in your room and re-potty training him slowly. Restrict his area for a bit, then gradually give him more privileges. I realize the kitchen is the only place he is going, but you said you can’t put blocks in the house, so that would mean you would just have to shut your door. Maybe he will forget about that spot. Being restricted on space for a little bit is better than being an outside bunny for life.

Yeah, I’m not really sure what else to suggest. As I asked in my other post, where is his cage and main exercise space? Is it the living room or your bedroom?

I had this problem with mine, doing it in a corner in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, but I rent and also don’t want it to become a habit. I was lucky and can just shut the door, but we all always forget…

so, when I clean it up I use a half vinegar half water solution, it cleans up the smell of his prior urine. I also kept him in his ex pen longer than usual…when he starts “acting up” I just don’t let him out as often. He used to poop a lot in there too, but I put a second litter box, one of those corner ones, in the dining room…he loves having a second “bathroom” he tends to pee in it more than his other box..and poops in the other box while he eats.
