My bunny, a neutered 2 1/2 year old holland lop bunny has been peeing in the kitchen. Same spot. Always the same spot next to the fridge. As you may understand, putting a litter box next to a fridge that is constantly opened and closed is not really a possibility. My parents won’t allow any litter boxes near the kitchen. My bunnies litter box is so close to the kitchen-so very, very close that he just has to walk less than seven feet to get to the next room. Our house is very small.
My parents are saying that if I don’t stop the peeing, they are going to make him a permanent outside bunny. Help????!? ![https://binkybunny.com/wp-content/uploads/converted_files/themes/BB_Theme/emoticons/unsure.gif]()
1. I cannot block off the kitchen-my parent absolutely say no because our house is so cramped-it just CAN’T happen.
2. I tried using perfume, baking soda, covering the spot with rubber, books, ect. HE STILL PEES THERE NO MATTER WHAT.
3. He has a litterbox INSIDE the house now. Two of them. One in the living room(like 7 feet away from kitchen) and one in my room.
WHAT do I do? How do I stop him from peeing the kitchen. His litter box is so close.
I don’t know what to do. I don’t want him to be outside-there are raccoons and a bunch of other harmful predators.
PLEASE HELP!!!
