  Hey guys! I know, its been awhile! Seems like i’ve almost vanished off the face of the earth! Well basically, theres about 5 weeks until I get my boys: Clover and Bandit. I guess i have just been spending all my time preparing! When we are 2 weeks away from adopting, we plan on building our NIC cages, which I am super excited about! Basically, I auditioned from this play that 150+ people tried out for, and I got on the call back list! (of 35 people) and then, I got in the play! (25 people) so i’ve been busy with that… I have also been working on selling living lockets to earn some more bunny founds, and my dad, a antique dealer, said he bought a load of antiques and there were about 80 vintage comic books for me to sell, more bunny founds! I also sold pokemon cards (profit was split 3 ways) and I got 57$ which will be used for the cage. I’m currently actioning some my little ponies for 10$ (1 bid already) and I am trying to sell a American Girl doll bed for $40.00 right now! So, to all of those who were worried I might not be able to earn the money under my dads stupid terms, I think I’ll have enough by the 2 weeks before I get my boys! So, I just thought I’d update you guys on all of that jazz for the people who might be wondering where I am ! Mainly because of Nessie, the only person who I’ve really talked to a lot on here. I want to call her my friend but I don’t know if she thinks of me that way yet….

  Welcome back BRM! The play sounds very exciting! I was in a play when I was in middle school and it was a lot of fun. Sounds like you are on the right track money-wise.
  
  Forgive me for not remembering, but are Clover and Bandit the rabbits you were looking to adopt from the shelter or Craigslist?

  Shelter, apparently, the bunnies were adopted from the shelter by a women who works with a organization, “Make _____ Shelter no kill” and they adopt animals from the shelter on death row and adopt them out through rescue me . org and pet finder . com I found Bandit & Clover through Rescueme. org and have been emailing the lady everyday! She still isn’t sure if they are neutered or not, because the shelter had no info on them as they were dropped at the door when they were 8 months old. The lady says they get along perfectly and have lived together for about a month in her home. If I am able to earn enough to get them neutered, she will schedule a neuter appointment and before they get neutered she will have them check to make sure they aren’t already neutered, and if they aren’t they will go ahead and neuter them, and if they are neutered she’ll take them home with 0$ charge and I’ll pay $20.00 each for the pair. I know that idea sounds pretty crazy, but surprisingly, thats what the vet tech she spoke to suggested!

  Hi BRM – yes, I was wondering where you disappeared to, lol…. Congratulations! It took a while, but you finally have your chosen buns almost ready to bring home. You must be bursting with excitement! WOW – you are serious about making money, good on you!
  Do you mind me asking….. what is a ‘living locket’? (and if you come back with some ‘simple’ explanation and make me look stupid – I’ll remember!) ha ha hah….

  Oh, these are the rabbits that were at that rescue and they weren’t sure if they were neutered or not. I remember now and your explanation makes sense. Hopefully they will have more information for you soon. You must be excited!
