OK, folks. Rabbits in bed? Seriously? I would love to have my Gus in bed, but somehow my hubby says that’s not going to happen. There’s enough room for him to share the bed, even with the dog in it, so what’s the problem? I already admitted I didn’t think I should get a Continental Giant. But now I can’t try my rabbit in bed?  No fair! Of course, he likes to pee on the dog bed when given the chance, so maybe he has a point.

One of our buns, Link, is kind of being quarantined in our bedroom for the time being… We have a cage in there, but it’s never closed, so, he just has free run of the bedroom…

That’s the little so and so having his breakfast on our bed this morning.

He used to pee on the bed, but since that room is his, and there is a cage in there, he only pees in his cage.

          He’s an ideal bedroom bun…

He only ever peed, like I said, when there wasn’t a cage in the room, OR, when one of our other buns had been in the room… He’s a bit temperamental and not well of late, so he doesn’t tolerate women buns in his space…

my rabbit hangs out in bed, but he has never slept in my bed (are you talking overnight, or just in general hanging out?)
mine comes out of his ex pen every morning and jumps into bed with me and wants to be petted. today he laid down in my bed for the first time, like on his side flopping…usually he doesn’t do that other than on the floor. he’s never peed or pooped in my bed (knock on wood)

Powder used to sleep in the bed with me, before he had Stickers to sleep with. He peed on the bed a few times, but that was because he was not willing to hop on me to get across the bed and I was a bed hog and had him blocked off from jumping off the bed to get to his litter box unless he would hop on me to go across. So, instead of being rude and hopping on top of me, he decided he’d just pee on me instead to get the point across. lol Mainly he just slept beside my pillow and a couple times during the night he stretched out and kicked me in the face. I actually kinda liked waking up to this furry bunny butt next to me though (he always slept with his head towards the edge and his butt towards me).

Perhaps you could let him up there during the day and if he’s well behaved hubby would be more interested in him sleeping with you ? There is a risk of bunny 500s across the bed though at 6am

In our house (idiot us!) the dogs and ‘the RABBIT’ sleep wherever they like (even to the point, it is not unusual to find either myself or my husband sleeping in the spare bed, cause there is no room!). For the longest time Henry did wake me at 4 ‘every morning’, but I think I have learned to sleep though now? Since having him neutered, Henry has not peed or pooped on my bed once (best 200 bucks I ever spent!).
But, be warned – waking up to ‘bunny butt’ in your face first thing in the morning, not a great way to start the day (ha hah Stickerbunny).
Good luck Megabunny – who wouldn’t want ‘bed’ bunny cuddles!

Awwww. I’m so jealous! I don’t think my rabbits will ever see the inside of our bedroom, darn it! I would LOVE to wake up to a big gray bunny butt!!! Now it’s just a white one (dog).

Chester doesn’t sleep with me on the bed, but he does jump on it in the morning. He zooms around, binkies and lately has started to cuddle with me I’d be ok if he decided he wanted to share the bed, just as long as he doesn’t wake me up at weird hours.

Twitch loves to chill with us on the bed, though she does tend to spend most of her time binkying around the room out of sheer excitement to be in here!

LMBO Megabunny (notice I didn’t say LMAO – your kids will be proud, your passing the message on to us ‘older’ generation!) Ha ha hah! Gosh you make me laugh!

“I would LOVE to wake up to a big gray bunny butt!!! Now it’s just a white one (dog).” – Way toooo funny! I’ve been chuckling over this all day – thank you!
