Sometimes my male bun, bob, runs around Minnie several times making a weird little grunting sound. You can barley hear it though. Does anyone know what this means?

Are they both fixed? Are they bonded? Grunting seems to be a hormonal behavior/courting I believe? So does running in circles. Though buns will still sometimes do this even when fixed I think but someone may know better than me…

Kbana is right on. If he’s not fixed, it’s courting. Our bun is getting fixed shortly, he does this to pretty much anyone and anything. Some do it even after being fixed, but that usually means they are begging for treats or something else they want. Is Minnie fixed?

My bun is fixed and does this every morning around my feet. I posted on here about it and someone gave me this link that was really helpful. He’s dancing!

Now I circle him back and he loves it! He gets so excited!

Yes, circling and soft gruntings a sign of affection. Don’t worry about it.
