Hi!  My refridgerator temp. was accidentally turned down and nothing was really affected except for a few vegetables, including Dusty’s herbs.  It’s mainly his cilantro and basil that got slightly frozen-y but thawed when I rinsed them.   They were slightly limp but otherwise fine.. are they still okay for Dusty?  Could they have any type of freezer burn?  Thanks

          Hi DB,

Best idea is to leave them soak in water at room temp or cooler and see if they crisp up after about 20-30 minutes… If they don’t I would not risk feeding them as they have started to break down. The cilantro may not get super crispy but any parts that are too badly damaged will be dark and slimy. Dusty would probably leave them if they are limp and starting to go gushy anyway.
