I have had Roxie my cross dwarf rabbit for nearly 2 years now. From practically the day I got her she has lived freely in my room and very quickly trained herself as she always knew to go to the toilet in her cage. Obviously there have always been the odd poo around but that can’t be helped but shes always been pretty good.
About a month and a half ago I moved house and shes been absolutely fine in the room settled in quicker than me and was just being her usual self. Last week I came home and she had urinated all over my bed as well as there being multiple faeces everywhere. I thought it was just a one off but everyday i’ve come home and its been exactly the same.
She normally sleeps on the bed with me but she also urinated on part of it during the night. I’ve had to put her in her cage which I know she hates and I feel so bad but I just don’t know what to do. I know most people will say it was because of the move but 10 months after having her I moved house where we lived for a year and now I’ve moved again.
I also travelled back down south at the end of July with her and we stayed there for a week. She is very used to travelling as we do it alot and has never acted like this before as well as the fact that was at least 3 weeks ago so why has she just started now?
I literally don’t no what to do as she is always on the bed and can easily get up there and thats what shes been used to since she was born so if I let her out the cage so will just go straight on the bed. This means I can’t let her out when i’m not there but I hate her being in the cage and so does she. I just don’t no what to do. Any suggestions please anyone!
