So we officiallyl moved in (all of our stuff is unpacked), one of the first things we did was rub Caleb’s cage blanket and bear all over the living room floor. Afterwards we let him explore (there are wires not everywhere but they are around on the floor) Caleb loved that the living room and most of the apartment (except kitchen and bathroom) are carpeted so he could go anywhere
. He hopped and ran everywhere there was carpet and when he had to go pee he didn’t even hesitate he went right in his litter box
I was so happy with him I gave him a treat and he has done this everytime since. I find this odd considering at Josh’s mother’s house he would use the litter box only when we caught him lift up his tail and put him in there ourselves. Anybody got any ideas why he’s doing so well here but wouldn’t be counted on at all at Josh’s mom’s? Don’t get me wrong I am very happy he is being a good boy (the new litter box and screen *plus a little willow basket and a free gift thank you BB store* will be here soon *it came today and josh’s mom works at the post office so we will get it the day after tomorrow when we visit*. So back to the question why is he doing so well with his litter habits here in this new place?
