Yes… female bunnies will spray too. My Pepper can turn a full 360 degrees on her front paws with her bottom in the air whilst spraying…(thankfully she has not done that now for quite some time)
It’s good that you have separated the buns, I think you may have (only just) dodged that bullet. At 10 or 12 weeks it is unlikely (though remotely possible) that they would successfully reproduce. Both males and females will hump in fact Pepper was the first to hump in my pair hence my belief they were both bucks until they presented me with 7 little furry gifts….. You should be able to tell their gender in another week or two and a trip to the vet to have it confirmed would be a good idea. Whilst it is best to wait until atleast 6 months for the girls boys can be neutered from 4 months as long as they are fit and healthy (vet check will confirm if its a good time to proceed) once done it will take at least a month for any lingering sperm to disappear, I learned this the hard way after Pepper and Piglet surprised me with 6 furry little early birthday presents.

I have to add Pascal to the collage, he looks like Pepper my Silver Marten but is the larger breed, the Silver Fox. Piglet is a French Angora and the girls are all the product of their parents.
The lady you got them from was probably a victim of the “one month” rule. There are many of us that have fallen foul of that one. Even my vet at the time didn’t know and told me only to separate them for a week.
Inside is definitely the best for your buns. At only 10 weeks I think you should be fine for a while. Any serious spraying shouldn’t occur for a while yet but you might get the occasional excited pee puddle.
Have you tried constructing a Rabbitat out of the NIC grids… We have a difficult time getting them in Australia but I believe they the easiest form of housing and very easy to remodel if you have to separate a pair suddenly.
Odour can be controlled to a degree with different litter and changing it frequently, you might also get lucky and your two may not be olympic sprayers like my pair… I still have one “complete” boy to be done and he doesn’t spray at all, just misses the tray occasionally and Pepper and Piglets little girls (who stayed with me), Pipi, Blossom and Nomnoms have never sprayed… (which is a blessing, if they had their Mothers talent I’d need floaties)
Whilst absolutely gorgeous dealing with a room full of boisterous baby buns was stressful and so heart breaking having to rehome them….I am now probably over cautious and have a series of barricades between the rooms separating Pascal and the girls just incase some bunny gets over the Xpen

Your little boys cecals might get a bit on the stanky side whilst he is hormonal, this would be why the hutch is a bit whiffier than usual.
A clean up with warm water and white vinegar should banish some of the smells.
