  Well all three of my babies =P are not fixed, and pee and poo every place.
  
  I have a litterbox in the corner, they do pee in it but don’t poo. I am buying a cat box later on today too as they pee in both left corners.
  
  Is this an issue with not being fixed yet mostly or just they need to be trained better as I’ve tried but I have THREE =|
  
  I am only overwhemled with the bathroom issues so it is annoying lol

  I have the same problem unfortunately it may just keep getting worse until you can get them done, how old are they?
  
  My bun is 4 months and see is marking absolutely everything once they are done it will get better.
  
  Try to just pick up the poops and place them in the litter tray this may help.

  Most rabbits cannot be litter trained fully without being spayed/neutered. I think it’s unlikely that their litter habits will improve much until they are altered.
  
  Another thing to keep in mind is that they all might be competing for territory. So if you’re housing them together or near each other this could be making things worse.

  They leave poop to mark their territory and as movediagonally said, it’s best to seperate them and have them all neutered before they fight. It is the best way of ensuring poop goes in the box! Bonding can take place a.month after the operation. There’s lots of information in the bonding section when you need it and there’s always several members bonding to follow when the time comes good luck!

  Are you the member who had suspected that one of them may be pregnant due to some nesting-like behavior? This was maybe a couple weeks ago… Maybe it was someone else?
  
  How confident are you that they are sexed correctly? Are you prepared for separating them (if they are different sexes) by the age of 12 weeks?
  
  Like the others said, you have a couple things working against you, age and the fact that you have multiple buns.
  
  Young bunnies are messy until they catch on to the litterbox, and then they are well-behaved, and then hormones start, and then they are messy again while you wait to spay/neuter. This is in general, of course. Some buns are messy the whole time, some buns are litter-trained the whole time. It really varies…
  
  Having multiple buns may present litter-training issues ALWAYS. This isn’t necessarily a lack of training, but rather territorial marking against each other. Spay/neutering may or may not fix the marking.
  
  A litter-trained bunny is going to pee in the box 100% and poop *mostly* in the box. A dropped poop here or there is common, regardless of whether they are altered and their age.

  They all are girls, and the previous issues are over thankfully.
  
  I have them together, and they all pee in the new litter box… I bought a small cat one which worked out great!
  
  They will be fixed within the next 2 months, and any issus I have a second and third cage if they do start to fight. They are 5 months and always close together, never really apart which is nice.
  
  The last litterbox was a corner one which was too small I had realized.. as they peed in the top and bottom corner but this new box solves that !
