I think that the new bunny is causing strife with your bonded pair. How are they being houses right now? How close is Sally to their territory? Do you have the ability to separate her until she’s spayed and bonding has officially started (if that’s your intent).

I have a bonded pair and when one of my other bunnies escaped their pen and hung out to close to their territory they started chasing each other and pulling fur.

Your bunny is being very territorial.

I have a bonded quartet,… yes. 4 bunnies! And will be adding a fifth into the group in a month n a half! I’m crazy….

But anyway, back to you…. This behavior happened as soon as I brought the fourth home. One of my buns saw him and broke out into a huge fight with his bonded mate. This is what you will need to do.

Remove the new bunny so no one can see the newbie. In a different room completely. Clean, clean, clean any area the new bunny was in to get rid of the smell of the newcomer. And then do some stress bonding exercises with your bonded pair. Did you bond them yourself or did they come bonded? Just asking – because if you noticed things that worked better bonding before then re-do these. It was what I had to do with my trio to stop all the fighting while the newbie was being introduced.

And don’t give up on having a third in the group! This is very normal behavior between bunnies, especially if not introduced in neutral territory. Once the newbie is spayed/neutered then you can go back to introductions with the three! (She will most likely smell like a completely new bunny so there’s a good chance they won’t even recognize her!)
