Matthew has been handling Siha all day and when he went to feed Thane some mint to help him not feel left out (He washed his hands) Thane lunged for him. This is completely out of character for him, should I be worried?  It’s like bringing a new baby  home and making sure the older brother doesn’t get jealous!

I wouldn’t read into it too much. The first night I brought Ian home I had Skipper chasing me out of her pen and was lunging and growling at me. Just give Thane some more time to adjust to her smell and the fact that she’s there. If you could get something that smells like Siha and maybe put it in with Thane he can work his aggression out on that clothing article instead of you or your husband.

I think we will do that! I’m going to make a separate bonding thread now
