  Hey guys, haven’t been here in a while. I just had a quick question that I wanted to ask before I start to worry.
  
  Java just finished his dinner not too long ago, and ate a little bit of hay, then came to sit with me. I was petting him and noticed that his tummy is making occasional LOUD sounds. At first, I thought “is my stomach making that sound …?” then finally after the 4th time, realized it was from him. Kinda hard to describe, but it sounds like a digestion sound, just very loud. I’ve never been able to hear his tummy unless I had my ear pressed to his side.
  
  I just re-added dandelion to his salad (couldn’t find them for about 2 weeks at the market) yesterday, but he was fine last night. He’s had them before all the time, too, so I can’t imagine that those are the problem. He eats a huge variety of veggies, but aside from the re-addition of dandelion, nothing has been introduced in the past few days.
  
  I did give him a bite of banana right after he ate, but I could already hear the tummy sounds before that. Aside from the noise, he’s completely normal – ate some hay, ripped up his seagrass, binkied a bit and jumped on and off my bed. He’s lounging now.
  
  Any thoughts?

  Sometimes their tummies can act up a little, just like ours do. As you suggested, it could be due to the slight change in diet as well. However, as long as his apetite, pooping, and activity level are normal over the next few days I think he should be fine.

  He seems just fine. Been going back and forth between lounging (in a relaxed, not hunched way) and eating hay + pooping/peeing. He seems completely normal as of now.
  
  I’m just a bit worried because I know that loud sounds and lack of sounds can be a red flag.

  I agree with Peppy. Bunnies can have loud gurgles sometimes, just like us. I wouldn’t worry unless they are continuing and/or he’s showing other symptoms of digestive upset.
