Jingles has reached about 11 weeks old now..I’m really wanting to get him fixed before probelms start to occur. I honestly don’t know the gender..I just feel as a mama that he’s a little boy. I’m wondering what would be the youngest age that he can get fixed? He’s about 5 pounds currently.

EDIT- I’m taking him to the vet for a quick gender look..and checkup sometime this coming week.

Boys can get neutered when the testicles descend at about 3.5 to 4 months. Girls are not spayed until about 6 months since it’s a more invasive procedure.
