  Hey all! I am not a newcomer, although this is a new name. I haven’t been on here so long that I can’t remember my old username or password to sign in so i had to create a new one
  
  My rabbit Pepper had to go to the vet today. He’s 4 years old and when I got him I frequented this site. I was usually the silent type but i spoke up on occasion Well he got sick and stopped eating his cecals so I took him to the local exotic vet. I was explaining all kinds of things to the vet and just talking to him about Pepper and I had taken in some pictures I took for him of Pepper’s enclosure and environment and food so he knew what he lived in so maybe he would have an easier time diagnosing. He has conjunctivitis but it hasnt spread to the lungs or upper respiratory tract, its just affecting his eye right now so he is on meds and should be fine again soon.
  
  Point is, while I was talking to the vet he told me I was one of the best informed/educated rabbit owners he has come across and he was very impressed. Well everything I know I learned from Binky Bunny!
  
  So THANK YOU to all of you on this forum and to the moderators and Mr. and Mrs. BinkyBunny for giving me a good “rabbit education”

  ETA: did your vet do an exam of Peppers teeth?

  Well Look at that! haha found it! Thanks jerseygirl!!! Yes i definitely havent been on here in AGES! i got really wrapped up in school and pets and then a new job and moving to a new city and finding my boyfriend a job in my new city that i just havent been on here because i havent thought about it. And i havent had any issues with Pep until now so I havent had any questions and just forgot I remembered this site because the vet was impressed with everything i knew and i was like “Oh yeah, i learned it from BinkyBunny!” haha
  
  Yes, he looked at his teeth and said that they looked just fine. No spurs or anything and a good length!
  
  Now do i need to delete the other account? or just leave it be?
