So I got home today and noticed that Skipper has a cut on her ear. It looks as if one of the cats bit her. Is there that I could clean it with that I have on hand? I checked the First Aid thread but I don’t have what is listed to clean cuts. Should I just put some Neosporin on it with out cleaning it? I know I posted a similar thread earlier but this cut is deeper than that last and I worry about infection.

Wash it gently with warm water, and then put some neosporin without pain relief on it.

Thank you. =] I cleaned it and put some on. She wasn’t too happy I was fussing over her ear and kept trying to move it out of grasp. =p

Definitely keep an eye out for infection too! Watch for swelling, warmth, redness, or discharge.

Thanks Peppypoo I will! I know I have to head down to her vet on Friday any way to pick up more ear drops for her since she can’t seem to shake the ear infection. If I notice anything off about the bite I’ll bring her in with me.
