My bun chews on his litter box sometimes to…but first off i would like to suggest getting a brand new litter box the ones that they sell for cats is a good size. That is how big mine is along with many of the other BB members. They work great and wont make your bunny feel confined in its litter box. Soon enough the corner litter box is going to be to small for your bun to use and then he prob wont go in it and will go where he feels like so i would suggest getting a cat litter box now and use that instead. I agree that it is a good time to try a larger, rectangular cat litter pan. A corner pan just seems to confine them at an early age, and the small cat pans come with a thick lip that your bunny may find tougher to chew. I agree that it’s bad for her, so a different material may be necessary. However, if you get a larger pan with room to move around, add a bit of hay, and wipe the sides with a water/white vinegar solution, she may find it just doesn’t taste good and not bother any more if there’s hay to chew instead.

My first rabbit did that, so I got a corner litterbox that came with a thick edge. It is made to have this grate over it, to keep rabbits from tossing the litter. The thick edge keeps the grate on it. I took the grate off, and just snap on the edge piece. That would likely work for you, since it is too big of an edge to chew (for my rabbit at least!), if you don’t have room for the large, cat versions.
