Linoleum is a great choice for rabbits, and as long as you don’t get the EXTRA smooth kind they should be fine. You can get linoleum tiles with the sticky bottom that can be easily cut to fit your area with scissors (you can get a pack of 45 for about $17 at Lowes). You can also buy them in individual tiles between 50 and 75 cents. Try to look for the tiles that are more water resistant in case your bunny spills water or doesn’t make it to the litter box in time, but they’re clearly labeled in the box. There are a variety of colors and tile designs that you can choose from.
Another alternative could be wood panel flooring with the same sticky bottom that you can just stick to the wood, but I think it’s more for aesthetics than anything. My rabbits have not had a problem with the linoleum flooring, no chewing or digging like with carpet, and it’s easy to clean just by sweeping too.
Hope this helps!
