So does anyone know how to get involved in getting a bunny certified as a therapy pet?

I just started with the site that @Brandy mentioned. Bunnies in Baskets. I donated 20$ on their site and then the lady emailed me the workbook you have to go through. You go through the whole book, need to get a vet exam, and do two hours of monitored volunteer work and then send them the paperwork and they certify you! I am just starting so hopefully it doesn’t take too too long =]

I was thinking of doing it with Combat vets, as I am one and my buns help me relax soooo much

very cool idea! My buns simultaneously stress me out and relax me. haha! But they do bring a smile to my face quite often and I think people who don’t get to experience rabbits should get to enjoy their antics too!

Here’s the website to the Delta Society:

Been around since the 70’s and probably the best known animal therapy organization out there.
