  I know FluffyBunny and SageCat among others live in Colorado (I apologize if I didn’t mention you, I have a terrible memory, but I am thinking of you).

  We’re doing fine here. We’re 15 miles from the nearest fire, and our house isn’t in a fire-prone area (we have about 2-5 miles of cow ranches and corn fields in any direction). I do have several family members and friends who have been affected…in fact, a couple of our family members are under a pre-evacuation order for the Colorado Springs fire.

  Trying to send all the rain we got recently out your way to put out those fires.
  Thanks for posting this, Sarita. You’ve all been in my thoughts. I hope none of you end up having to evacuate. But always do what’s safe.

  Yes, Mimz, she is but she posted on Facebook this morning that the wildfires aren’t going to stop her from enjoying her BBQ, so sounds like shes okay. I asked her how close she is. Also heard they are having an extreme heat wave up that way.
