Today while shopping I decide to run into the pet shop. Worst decision ever! I see a baby mini lop.. looked just like my panda.

Anyway, it let me pet it and OMG..  I fell in love! It was $50 and I only had $30.  I was dissapointed but I saw that it had a friend.. a brown minilop that it snuggled into with. I started crying!(I had to hold myself back SO MUCH not to buy one, because my BF offered me the money lol)  I missed Panda so bad! Now that I think about it, it is better that I didn’t get him because a human society where my grandma lives is opening this summer. I am going to the big grand opening I hear they will have horses too!

Has anyone else had to hold themselves back from a bunny breakdown? It was sorta embarrassing i started tearing up lol.

but then my boyfriend bought me a bracelet with a little black and white bunny like the one at the petstore! ♥

I have a hard time not wanting to take them all home as well. Pet store, humane society, doesn’t matter. I just see a baby that needs a home. Then I remember I have two bunnies at home that might not appreciate a third wheel.

I find it hard to pass up pets in pet stores-especially ones on display in the center of the store so you can’t miss them. For me, my parents won’t allow any pets, it was a huge battle just to get Dutchess, so I already know the answer is an absolute ‘no’. It usually helps me later on to tell myself that I can’t adopt every animal in the world, and there are lots of caring people out there who will hopefully get the pets.

Yeah, I have room for some more bunnies though, I just think it would be better to get one from a shelter
But it doesn’t matter THEY WERE SO CUTE AT THE PET STORE. I almost had to get one. My heart is still broken. I wish Petstores didn’t sell them.!.
Most kids get a bunny and put it outside, pick it up wrongly, only feed it pellets, etc. Those brats! Lol Just kidding but sometimes I wish they wouldn’t sell. *sigh*

                Bunnies sure are cute but..

                Chacha would kill me.

I made the promise to her that when I move out, SHE can choose her friend. Big, small, medium sized, lop, uppity eared, helicopter eared.

Plus, I live in an apartment with no neutral territory Ha! Go figure!

It’s definitely difficult to stop yourself from adopting or buying another rabbit! I avoid a certain pet store because they often have babies. At the humane society I volunteer it I always want to take everybody home, so then I just focus on trying to make them more likely to get adopted. I have two bunnies already and I think that’s my limit for now. I do worry that when I’m older, have a good job, and my own home that there will be nothing stopping me from adopting a bunch of rabbits

I have done that so many times. I just quit going into pet stores like that because I get so upset seeing any animal like that. I am thankful where I live my petco doesn’t sell rabbits they use to sell rabbits that wer spayed and neutered but they don’t anymore. I think as all rabbit parents we go through that!

I avoid pet stores because they always have the cute baby bunnies that I cannot resist. The shelter I volunteer at has rabbits and it is so very hard to not bring them home. The only thing that stops me is I get to see them every day!
