Can rabbits eat citrus rinds? For ex, a grapefruit rind? I know I need to avoid the seeds but what about the rest of it?

I would avoid it. Its not on the House Rabbits list of recommended fruits.

I give my bunnies grapefruit all the time. As far as I know, any citrus fruit is safe – although my bunnies only eat grapefruit and oranges. They can eat the peel too; just make sure it’s thoroughly washed. My bunnies seem to prefer dried peels over fresh ones.
