Had the door open while working on our kitchen. This is Pep’s hangout. She loves watching outside. Along comes this little guy, and he’s decided that he wants Pep to be his Sugar Momma.
omg lol looks like you might have a bunny trying to sneak in when youre not looking!
Wow, I’ve never seen a wild rabbit act like that! That is funny and interesting. You are so lucky to have so many wild rabbits in your yard. He seems so tame and used to people…
awesome vid
That is awesome!!! You might want to keep a real close eye on that screen door, I think someone might come back to bust in!
“heeyyyyyy good lookin! You’re not from around here, are you?” LOL
That is so cute!
Wow, this is an interesting video! There were many thoughts I had while watching this: It looks like your girl was curious, yet defending her territory
Did I hear her thump at one time?
Also, the differences in the body structure of a wild rabbit and domestic rabbit. The wild rabbit is very very lean, while your rabbit is a very good size ![]()
Great vid! Thanks for sharing. Looks like the wild one is thinking, Looks like youre very well fed in there. How do I get in on that.
I love wild rabbits. They are so different, yet so similar. I enjoyed the face wash. ![]()
Such a great video! That wild bunny wants to come inside and experience domestic life.
Our back deck is only one step off the ground so we always have animals running around and up on it.
Pep’s taken up watch in front of the door. That’s where she spends 90% of her time. She absolutely loves watching the birds and chipmunks. Plus it’s like we have our own personal security system, because she goes in to a stomping fit when anything bigger than her comes within sight. We always have deer in the back yard and she’ll wake us up, 3 in the morning, letting us know they’re out there eating her precious grass.
Now we have 3 little babies who were born under the deck, and Pep won’t take her eyes off of them when they come out eating.
Oh my god!!!!!!! Look at the little wild baby bunnies!!
I live 2 hours from you in Pittsburgh, (well outside of the city, in country area) and we get all kinds of animals running around our yard too! I need to get a video camera. That is just adorable!
How cute! They are young too, they still have their white head spots.
Yep, Pep lost out. That other guy must have found a lady who’d pay better attention to him.
We started landscaping around the deck last fall, and I wanted to get it finished up this spring, but now we’re going to wait until those little guys get bigger and move along. Right now they’re just hanging out in that general area, trying to keep up the weeds down for us.
I found that utterly amazing. Loved it. I read in a couple of articles that wild bunnies usually don’t even recognize domestic bunnies as bunnies. Well, I can throw that information out!
I understand why they are comfortable with you all — seems like a safe surrounding for them. Pep really caught that guys eye, so adorable. I love how pep runs to her shelter for moments. Not sure how to deal with her suitor.
Mr. Bill, both those videos are wonderful!
Aww…those little babies munching are too cute!!! I want to squeeze one!!!
Are they always born with those little white spots on their heads
ps. Im not bad at grammar, my keyboard wont let me use apostrophe or question marks.
)
That is so amazing!
Mr.Bill – Do you mind if we put your youtube video in our video gallery?
Not at all.
I was actually looking through the video section to see if there was a link for submitting videos.
Yay! Okay, so I have added it to the video gallery. I noticed we do need to make it more obvious about where people can submit photos and videos though. But for current reference for you or anyone that may be wondering. Click here to submit a link or upload a video (or provide a photo file sharing link). Just mark video/photo submission and then provide the video link in the comment box.
