Welcome back! So glad BB is up again!

Soooooo happy to have BB back again!!! I missed everyone!

And for anyone who had replied earlier in the day (yesterday) to this post (and to other posts) only to have those posts disappear, I apologize. We had to reset the site and it caused a loss of posts from a certain point on. We are still working out some expected glitches as this updated site settles in and we work out the kinks (It may be slow at times, throw you to an error page), since we updated the site but it should be at 100% in a few days and then we will make an official announcement. We will then create a thread in the tech section where you can report any remaining glitches.

I just wanna say that it sucked to wait so long for this site to get up and running again, but it was well worth the wait because it looks so great!!!! Great job to everyone who worked on it!! And I am soooooo happy to have Binkybunny back!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome back guys

My bunnies have rebonded, yay. I am going to Florida in July, to visit my family, so boyfriend is on bunny/bird duty for a week. And otherwise, not much news.

Oye— and I am noticing that the updated SECOND time has some old forum features which shouldn’t be here.  grrrrr.  -Just giving a warning now as I see some potential for a reset.   Good grief. Keeping my fingers crossed this won’t be a problem.  

UPDATE: whew—no need to reset.  I think we are now well on our way.  We have one more big glitch to fix, (behind the scenes issue that has nothing to do with the forum, but it may make the site go down here and there today). 

Congrats Stickerbunny! I was wondering if they made more progress.

YAY!!!!  I’m so glad we’re back.

Nothing very exciting went on with us while the forum wasn’t working.  We did have a minor scare where Porky was less excited about his food than usual, and more timid than usual. We visited the vet, who found nothing but a slightly elevated temperature.   What ever it was it passed and Porky was back to his usual hoppy self in a few days.

Glad to see BB back, Miss Ash has gotten bigger and cheekier over the past few weeks

lol I grew up there, so I love the heat – we’re going to the beach and stuff.

Hi, everyone! I was going through withdrawals too. Glad to hear the good news about Zeus, Porky, and Powder and Stickers. bullrider, how are your bunnies?

My little Hodari is doing great. She is due for another blood test to see how her immune system is handling the e. cuniculi, but we’ve not scheduled that yet. I’m expecting a good report, though. Otherwise, there’s nothing much else to share. This sounds boring but I’m kind of excited that our nearby nature center is hosting a hike to teach people how to forage for food. I want to know more about the different edible plants so I can offer more of them to Hodari. I know she can eat a lot of different weeds, but I’m bad at telling them apart.

Anyway, it sure is nice to have Binky Bunny back, glitchy or not. It was awful seeing that goofy rabbit with the heaping pile of eggs every time I checked in. I wanted to start throwing eggs at him!

My sanity is a little better now

When BB went down, I was in a week of preparation classes for the Medical Assistant program I was accepted into. I began my studies on April 2nd and currently into Week 6 It has been a long process – a lot of stress. I am down on 20-24 hours a week at work, but I have 3 days off to get all my homework and studying done. I’ve learned a lot about myself – I like to get all my homework done, so I can have fun

I think I’m going to bed soon. I’ve done enough English and Accounting homework for the night. Maybe I’ll go grab that Klondike bar while I’m at it

I forgot to mention Chacha in my last post!

She is doing well. I’ve been growing some salad bowl lettuce (resembles green leaf), Italian parsley, Arugula, wheat grass, and romaine lettuce. Since the sun has been good here in Washington, the plants are thriving and loving it.

Chacha wakes me up every morning Mom is very exhausted between school work and work work, so tonight, I am going to close my door so that I can get some sleep.

Chacha has been on her usual schedule – camping outside of grandpa’s room for breakfast pellets, coming into mom’s room to wake her up, Chacha goes to sleep, eat, poop, bother the humans, repeat. She is definitely happy that her Mister John is home. She gave him the cold shoulder/butt, but then warmed back up to him like it was nothing.

She’ll be going to the vet on my birthday to get her yearly examination.

Whew!!! Its been so long! The site looks, great BB!

Now I really need to get this virus off my computer! My laptop has a virus that wont allow me to login to any sites so Im at my Moms house getting my dose of BB.

Had some pretty stressful (and expensive!) abscess drama with Bindi Loo. He had an abscess in his mouth and had to be put under twice in two weeks to get it cleaned. There was no bad bacteria so we assume he just injured his mouth with a piece of hay. I was so worried and not having BB made it even more difficult. I felt so alone. Since the abscess is gone, hes been doing major binkies and is back to 5lbs of snugglebunny. He had gone down to 4.12lbs.

Stormy is going in for a senior wellness check next Tuesday. He lost 2 ounces since last month so Momma is concerned. Olivia is her usual self….gorgeous and full of drama.

Not much else is new. I moved my horse to a new stable and were having a ton of fun there.

Are you still getting this now. I know the first few days after we went live we discovered a configuration issue but that was solved and should make the site faster with less errors.  Has it happened as of the last couple of days? And if so, can you post this problem down in the Tech Section  — we have a post there for reporting glitches.  Just be sure to let us know when it happens.  Which posts or thread and at what time.
