› FORUM › THE LOUNGE › Do you shop via Amazon?
If you shop with Amazon, you can support our site via our new affiliate link , and shop for all of your non-bunny purchases. When you use our affiliate link and buy something, Amazon pays us. And of course, I say “non-bunny” purchases, because I know our store (which supports our site) is where everyone gets their bunny supplies ,
(just go with me on this).
Sorry to get all salesy on you! We will be starting a major site update this Tuesday that will last for about a month. It is rather expensive and time consuming, (which is a cost as well), so of course we can use all the support we can get.
Thank you!!
Helloworld!!
I’ll be using this
I’m excited for the update

Does it matter what kind of account you have? I have a student account with Amazon Prime.
12 amazon orders since my CC statement rolled over march 9th,, i dont have time to physically go shopping for stuff
ALL THE FREAKIN TIME! YESSSSSSSSSS! FINALLY! ;D
I’m overdue for some manga and books this coming Friday, so I will be sure to use the link![]()
LBJ, I was wondering that too, since I use my student account as well. It should.. I would think ![]()
It does not matter if you have a student account. I have a friend that runs a couple sites and links to Amazon for sales. Things I have purchased have given him commission. I have a student account as well.
What about Amazon.ca?
I don’t have a student account, but I do buy some of my textbooks from there. I can say though that as an art major I typically only have 1-2 textbooks a semester. lol.

Why not sign up for one? The Amazon Prime is free and you can order other things besides textbooks. You just need an email address ending in .edu to sign up. I love being able to order stuff and have free 2 day shipping.
Done and done!
This is awesome! I shop on Amazon all the time.

I have thought about it, but I am trying (read:failing) to save money. Plus, I don’t ever have things shipped to my school. Nothing ever gets there like it should, so I order what I know I need at least 2 weeks in advance and then hope to heck someone visits me from home that weekend. ![]()
Also, I thought it was only good for one year? So I was thinking about saving it for next school year when I will have a better address for shipping, and I am working on my senior project where I will need a million things home depot doesn’t sell. If it is good for more than one year I will jump on it, but if not I def want to save it.

OMG, I went to check and they changed it!
When I signed up, it said free for a year and once the year was up they wouldn’t charge you an automatic renewal fee. Now it says 6 months free, then $39 a year (half price) for up to 4 years, and then after the 4 years they would automatically renew it at the full price.
WTH?
I’ve re-saved my amazon bookmark to be the binkybunny version of it!
Is there a way to use that via the amazon apps? Most my purchases are done from my tablet.
HUGS ALL AROUND! Thank you! (Though I know a hug from a big goofy box may not be the most comfortable) But HUGS anyway!
LPT – Yes, the link should work with the Canadian site.
Stickerbunny — I don’t know why, but they don’t allow affiliates to benefit from any handheld form (tablets, phones) booo…hissss.
Helloworld!!
Boo! ![]()
I got your newsletter with the same link, so I deleted my Amazon bookmark on my toolbar and replaced it with the one you provided in the Newsletter. It’s the same, right? what I can’t find is any reference of it being linked to you here. Is there a setting somewhere I can check while on Amazon to confirm that it’s attached to you here?
And it always looked like a big paper grocery bag to me, not a box, which is more squishy and easier to hug.
FYI regarding etiquette for complimenting a box: You never want to insult a box by telling it it looks like a paper bag.
I hug you anyway!
In the URL it should say the name Binkybunny toward the ending of the url. Should look like this http://www.amazon.com/?_encoding=UT…unnycom-20
Helloworld!!
Yep, it does.
(Also testing if the lock is locked yet by replying now. Cheeky.)
