Hubby likes to go to osceola near his family and the mosques over there.   He found a place to rent that we can go and stay a week or so and Cotton can come.   Hurrah

And I might take Ruby back.  I am kind of ambivilous about it.   Cottons jealousy,   Ruby possible carrier of vent disease .   The vet believes that Ruby gave it to Cotton n she is a carrier.    I will definitely keep them seperate.     2 rabbits and trying to give equal attention to both while they are seperated.

Well will see how it goes.  She is supposed to come Saturday with her cage and we can bring her to the other place.  Our romantic love nest lol.

I am afraid to try to bond Cotton n Ruby if she was the cause of his lip issue  which I and the vet think it is her.

Oh well.  The vet is out so  can’t get an answer.

Does Ruby’s new family not want her anymore? With all of the challenges of keeping both, I wonder if it wouldn’t be better for her with her new family, unless, of course, they can’t keep her anymore.

          Have fun on your trip!

They don’t mind keeping her it is that the girl is so busy with homeschooling and college courses she doesn’t have time for Ruby.   Her Mom lets Ruby out and gives her a little bit of attention.   Makes dinner etc drives the kids around etc.

And the girl has a few birds to take up her time since she isn’t into rabbits anymore.

We will see how it goes.  Hopefully it will go fine.  If not I can bring her back.

E  I have been thinking about what you said.   Tho I feel sorry that Ruby isn’t getting more attention ( which she got 30 minutes full on a day here) I think she is getting about the same or a little more.

The Mom lets her out and she lies to sit under the window just like she did here.

And Cotton will mark poo all over the place and pee on the dark carpet.

As much as i want her and as beautiful as she is maybe you are right E.    I really do.

I know how tough of a decision it must be for you! Ruby might like more attention, but if her coming home with you would just make Cotton upset and disrupt everybody’s stability, it’s probably better if she stays in her new home for now. I’m sure you’ll keep in touch with her new parents and maybe one day it will be the right time to bring her back to live with you, if they really don’t have time for her anymore.

thanks E.    My Mom said the same thing.   Would be too stressful   Things are fine the way they are.

The family was supposed to bring her cage.   I thought they would bring it this morning but services at church already started.   Darn I wanted that cage for Cotton at the other place.

Oh well I will make do.
