Today I was changing his litter box while he was running around the living room but he decided to follow me in his xpen and sit on his cat scratch cardboard pedestal that I usually sprinkle his pellets on and nose bump the back of my leg over and over with his nose like “Hey, hey, food? hey hey, FOOD PLZ, HEY!!!!!!”

Then when I left his xpen and sat on the couch he chased me down and bumped my foot a few times like “HEY! HEY I was talking to you!” then jumped up next to me and nose bumped my thigh until I gave him a hay cake, lol. He snatched it and ran away with it in his mouth like a dog trying to hide its bone in his pen.

What cute/funny things does you bun do?

Furbee, my youngest, when she wants to get down and I try convinceing her to stay in my lap by offering her a treat, no matter what it is, she quickly bits it and flings/spits it out, over and over until I let her down. It’s funny to watch.

Abigail, once she gets a treat, or a willow stick, or something fun..and occasionally random things such as my flashdrive or a spoon, will grab them and then carry it off in her mouth and spend about 5 minutes just running around with it everywhere like she’s trying to decide where she wants to take it.

And then both Abigail & Rorschach, if they’re in their condo and I’m going to give them a treat, they both obviously get ridiculously excited and keep standing up on their tippy toes, and then they take it a step further and actually step up onto the thin 3-4 inch tall wooden rim that goes around the bottom of the condo, and for lack of a better way to describe it they cling on to the cage with their front paws like monkeys while balancing on that wooden rim with their back feet like they’re trying to get up just a *teenie* bit higher. It’s so funny. They remind me of little children, haha. One of the times Abigail was so excited and trying to get up higher that actually jumped up (like a foot off the ground) onto the front panels the the condo and clung to the bars like a little monkey, completely suspended mid-air. It was hilarious as she instantly had this look of extreme regret in choosing to do this because she had no idea how to get back down from that position. She managed to jump sideways somehow from there and get to the upper level shelf and resume her super excited “I want a treat!!” demeanor like nothing had ever happened. But that look on her face was priceless.

Olivia does this too! It’s so funny. If she’s in the living room, she just runs around and around and then usually tries to find a private place to enjoy her toy or treat. If she’s in her condo, she takes it right into her cardboard house. She hoards all her toys there.

Stormy’s insane couch zooms always make me laugh. He just runs insanely fast from one end of the couch to another, again and again until he’s tired out. And sometimes Bindi will be just sitting on the floor and will get a funny look on his face and do this big, spontaneous “popcorn Binky”. It’s hilarious. And it’s funny how Olivia instigates attention. If I’m sitting on the floor, she will find my hand and shove her face under it, like “Hello? Start petting me”.

I love how my bunnies always make me laugh! It’s hard to not be happy when you have 3 bunnies in the house.

Both my bridge bunny Halo and Bud would do this when I would give them their pellets…They would nibble on a couple and then beg- no demand that the scoop groom them. More interested in pets than food, I guess. lol

Halo was a giant chinchilla so when she would binky it would just look so ridiculous and I couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

Powder has started knowing when it’s time to go to bed – he sleeps in the bed with me now, so when it’s bed time he’ll run to the bed by where he jumps up, look at me, then if I don’t follow run back. He does that a few times and I have to always tell him I will be to bed in a minute, cause I have to clean his litter boxes and stuff before bed. Then when I get in he jumps up and does zoomies around me in a circle before scratching up his spot like a dog and then he just collapses in a total flop. It’s adorable and funny.

Flops, and rolls onto her back, struggles, and gets into the flopping position.. it is hard to explain, but she does not hurt herself!

Chacha has a habit of jumping on my bed on days that I have to work. She crawls all over ON TOP OF ME. I don’t even have to put the alarm clock on anymore if she keeps doing this!

My eldest bunny Bobo (of 4 bunnies that I have) is so great at playing that she`d sprint around the house while I`m on the couch and then without even slowing down jump a meter and a half through the air into my lap. Epic Bobo is epic.

Hannah spins in circles when I bring her food in. For some reason she thinks spinning really fast will make me put it down more quickly. lol

Otto is obsessed with hay so when I come over with fresh hay he jumps in the cage and gets in my way – I usually end up dumping bits of hay all over him while trying to fill up the racks. One time I blocked him from getting in there and he sat next to me pulling on my sweater until I let him in. If he thinks it’s time for a hay refill, he’ll sit in the litter box, feet up on the edge of it, staring at me until I get the message.

He also sits in that same position with his butt on the floor and front feet up on the coffee table ledge, staring at us. We joke that he’s at the bar ordering drinks and we yell out random cocktails he might be ordering. lol “Get me a Manhattan! Now, humans!”

Elrohwen- That had me cracking up!!! I can imagine a bumba ordering drinks at a coffee table so easily. I can also imagine getting a “Ugh, idiots! Why do I come here?” kind of eye roll while you yell out potential orders.

Huckles gets SO excited about dinner time that she always runs into our legs. She gets going so fast, and no matter how we try to avoid it, she slams into us or runs right over her food bowl. She always spills her pellets everywhere. Sometimes we put them in a treat ball, partially in hopes to avoid this collision, but it still happens.
She also seems to really like to slide on the kitchen floor. She gets running really fast and hits the floor and stops. Her body keeps sliding and she spins in a semicircle. She repeats this multiple times so I think she enjoys it a lot. She does the same thing with the spinning office chair, takes a running start and jumps on it, waits for it to stop spinning, gets off and repeats.
