Not bunny related, but for a couple of weeks now my Chrome browser has been slower and slower to load pages, not accessed some links, and weird things (like not highlighting the new topics here) as well. I opened Firefox instead – quick, correct, no problem. I am relieved that I keep both ready to use. For a while Firefox was glitchy and that’s when I got Chrome. Anyway, if anyone has successfully gotten a reply from Google on what’s wrong and what to do about it, please let me know. I have cleaned out my History of cache and cookies going back a month. Rebooting is done when I shut it down a few times a day. Defragmented my own machine already. Sheesh.

Is it anything to do with their new Google Circles that’s competing (supposedly) with Facebook? It loaded up but I can see a way to get rid of it. Maybe it’s slowing the whole thing down, since I just tied it in Chrome and it took a minute or more to open in the first place.

argh. argh. ptooey. Am now going to read a book. A library book. Free. With paper pages. And no plugs or batteries. sigh.

Ricky just upgraded to the new Firefox this morning and I hate it! It’s much slower to load pages and a bunch of the tools are gone.

                I noticed it myself.

What really made it stick out for me was trying to watch some large YouTube videos. I have a fast connection yet still ran into videos needing to buffer. I copied the link over to IE (I’m using IE9) and everything runs smooth.

thanks for the input you guys.
I ran two total computer cleaning programs and it seemed to have made a positive difference. A lot of hidden glitchy things detected and cleaned out or fixed.
I am just bopping back and forth between chrome and firefox daily now. Firefox runs BB better, chrome can handle farmville. I even updated my IE with the latest version just in case.
I am convinced that software programmers are out there tweaking Chrome, gmail, facebook etc. just to stay employed. They keep fixing what ain’t broke, breaking it, then getting hired to fix that. Good grief.
                  At least it’s better again.
