She needs to be kept off of problem areas like beds or couches until she is spayed, her hormones settle and her behavior settles. Some young bunnies are worse than others about doing this- Cotton was terrible and we had to keep her off the couch until she was older, spayed and more mentally mature. Even a large amount of urine can be used for marking.

Unaltered buns generally do get worse at litterbox training when they hit puberty. Spaying would be a great start to fixing that.

I know this is really stressful for you; when my bun wasn’t spayed she was a peeing machine, and wasn’t super keen on using her box. I was posting on here constantly and nearly having mental breakdowns – it’s hard work keeping an eye on them AND cleaning up pee/poop constantly. You’re doing the right thing by spaying her, and it’s soon, so be happy! My bun settled into her litterbox habits right away after her spay, and she’s been really good ever since then. Just remember that it’s your bunny’s hormones and not really their fault.

You don’t need to do any additional training – she got it and was fine before hormones. If she has any loose stools like diarrhea then you should see a vet. Otherwise, you need to keep her off the bed until a month after she is spayed to avoid any more behavior like this. Make the appointment for asap!
