So I took Roscoe to get his molars shaved down on Tuesday and things went okay except for there were lacerations on the inside of his mouth!! The vet that saw him 3 weeks ago (a newer bunny vet at the clinic) said “oh come back in 2-3 weeks and things will be fine”!! If I had known he was in such pain I would have taken him in way sooner.

So he is now on antibiotics every 12 hours for a week and on his final dose of metacam tomorrow. Luckily he is such a chill bunny that he takes the meds very well, I would bet $100 that if I tried to but the syringe in Thumpers mouth, it would not come out in one piece!

Poor little dude. Quick recovery vibes for him.

I really don’t think there is such a thing is a minor molar spur.
