        And other small animals:

This books looks interesting and it sounds like there may be something specifically for rabbits.  If my vet who did acunpuncture was still in my city, I would gift this to her!

Hmm I’ve never heard of bunny acupuncture before! Has any of your bunnies had it?

Yes, 3 of my rabbits have had it – 2 that are no longer alive had it for arthritis and Toffee who is still alive had it for bladder problems.

Does it work? If so, that’s pretty cool.

It actually did for a bit. Unfortunately the vet was doing the acupuncture moved to Colorado.

There is another holistic vet in my area who did acupuncture on Maxine before she passed but she was difficult to get into and expensive too as she was totally holistic and we did some herbs for Maxine as well (for arthritis).

Neither vet had any experience with rabbits but wanted to learn. I really feel that it helped with Toffee’s bladder problems moreso than it helped with either Maxine or Mango’s arthritis (it helped them but just not as much).

Sounds like a good alternative to try. I’ll have to keep that mind if something were to happen to my buns in the future.
