Asha is old enough to have her calici vaccination now. They can have it as young as 10wks but then need a booster shot 4 wks later. At her age (4months?) she probably only needs the one shot.
Most clinics would do this so you could go to a vet you’re already familiar with.

For a spay I’d take a bit more time finding a rabbit vet though. Closest I can think for you would be Dr Mark Hill of Somerton Park Veterinary Clinic. He used to charge $140 for both desexing male or female rabbits but that was a couple years ago. If you’re happy to travel there, you could take her there for her vaccination because it’d give you an opportunity to check them out to see if you’re comfortable with them doing the spay.

Sorry, I didn’t read all your question.
She only will need to be vaccinated against calici virus. We don’t have a vaccine for myxomatosis here unfortunately. I’m not entirely sure on cost. I’ve only paid the cost of the consult. I don’t think the actual vaccine is very expensive.

Just the one but every year. When I’ve heard about calici being on the rise or in my area, Ive taken them in for another booster for my own peice of mind. My vet said it;s ok to do. So a couple times mine had the vaccs done every 6 months. In general though, it only needs to be an annual thing.
Most vets prefer to desex from 6 months of age onwards.
