So me and the bf went outside for a few when we came in I couldn’t find Sophie anywhere…we tore my room and the whole house apart…everyone was in a panic looking for her, so my bf and my cousins bf went outside to look and a cop pulled up and joined the search! Well after about an hour of shear panic my cousins bf was looking in my room again using some treats as bait when he saw a little head poke out from my boxspring! Needless to say Sophie is the official hide and seek champion and I will finally be going to purchase a bed frame!

LOL, I think you’ve officially topped my “needlessly putting others in a panic story” thanks to the addition of the cop showing up and helping. But I will tell you my story to hopefully make you feel better. I once made fried coconut shrimp. Well, as it turns out, when you make those the bits of coconuts fall off into the oil and burn, and in my case, really badly. I created so much smoke that half my apartment building ran out because they thought the building was on fire. Thankfully no one actually called in the fire department though or my story would totally win. I had to make my boyfriend go out and tell them it wasn’t on fire, I was just cooking. For the sake of my pride, I must say the shrimp were absolutely delicious. But I’ve never made them again.

Naughty bunny! Powder got into the box springs once too, but I was on the bed at the time so I felt the rattle of the bed as he hopped around under it. Would have been hard to find him if I hadn’t been! Nice of the cop to stop and help you look for a rabbit.

Glad you found Sophie safe and sound.

I agree, sounds like a very nice cop. I have a cop that lives 2 houses down and I can’t imagine him helping me look for a bunny. He’s the kind of guy that I would be reluctant to go to if there were robbers in my house!

Flash found a hole in the bottom of our boxspring and gave us a similar scare where he was actually hopping around inside our boxspring and you could see it from under the bed a big lump moving around. Needless to say we closed up the hole until we get new bed. He also scared us when he learned how to get on top of the dresser in our closet and hid behind clothes. He did that TWICE. haha silly buns
