  Ok the battery was dead. Had to pry it out with a knife to recharge it. Charged it. Put it in didn’t work had to pry it out again.
  
  Found the other battery and it just charged up. I am waiting til tomorrow to get the pics taken in the daytime. Strange with that 1st battery

  Batteries after a while won’t hold a charge, so it’s possible it’s just too old.

  yes perhaps it was too old. Fortunately I have an extra.
