Since i don’t have a rabbit room (yet), Scribbles needed a place to call his own where he could feel safe and not get into naughtiness when i couldn’t supervise him.  I turned my teddy bear “Hug Hut” into a night home for him:

He loves lounging on the shelves, will hop from one to the other and carry his toys up to be dropped and hopped after.

BTW…………. he refuses to drink from a water bottle so has a crock for water.  Does anyone else have this issue?

Nice! (: Drinking from a water bottle can sometimes be difficult for a rabbit, my rabbits won’t use water bottles either. They usually tend to drink more from a crock.

The water thing is normal That looks like a nice night set up! Just make sure it’s the type of wood thats safe (I think everything but pine?)

What exactly is a Teddy Bear hug hut when not being used as a rabbit hut?

                  No pine, all aspen.

A teddy bear hug hut is this:

A Hug is the proper term for a group of teddy bears……….

haha, a warm and fuzzy place for fuzzy stuffed animals and real animals!

most rabbits prefer water dishes. it is also very cute looking at them while they drink!

Ditto the water thing. It is more natural for rabbits to drink from a dish then a bottle. Both my bunnies refuse them too!

I love how you turned it into a rabbit cage!

Thanks for the compliment!  I was sad to pack up most of my bears, but the Hut is perfect for Scribbles, so the sacrifice was made.
