I know bunnies can make use out of leashes and go on walk with their owners and such, but whenever I try to put my bunny in it, she gets really startled and runs around until she can get it off. I got her the harness kind. Any tips on how to get your bunnies used to being on their leashes?

I would actually not put it on her… they can be very dangerous for bunnies because theyre bones are so fragile.. I would really only say to use it if the bunny was completely calm if even then….

If it freaks her out, I would let her be. Bunnies are fragile, and could easily break their backs or legs or neck trying to run away if something startles them while int eh harness. better to just not take her outside.

While I do use harnesses on both of my babies, I fully agree with what the others have said. If she’s freaked out by it, there’s more chance that she’ll injure herself.
