  I have Babs litter trained. He only pees on my bed and sofa. He is not fixed yet. He does use the litter box while he is out of the cage but when we put him in the cage for the night he poops everywhere and pees. He has the same size litter box in his cage. He also poops right beside te litter box while he is out. I think it might be that he is marking his territory.

  try giving him a smaller space and then slowly opening up the space when he is using his litter box more~ sometimes bunnies do not become litter train until after thy get neutered..

  Is his cage filled with shavings or bedding? That is a culprit… if you imagine toilets everywhere, which would you go to?
  
  I would suggest a litter box with only bedding with a lot of hay inside. Rabbits love doing their business and eating at the same time.
  
  Also, fixing will help a lot with litter habits.

  I line his cage with newspappers and use corncob bedding in the litter box. When we got him we thought he was a girl but had him at the vet to get fixed and they called to say he did not have girl or boy organs. I took him back a week ago to get staples out and he his now showing his boy parts but are still to small to get him fixed. They are asking me to wait a couple weeks or a month witch will make him 6 months old.
