Ok, do bunnies pout and throw fits?
We had a cage for Bun-Bun, he was in it for about a week. We felt it wasnt enough space for him and bought him a hutch to use inside this past week.
Since then, he has been a crabby grump. Seems he is sitting in the corner pouting. He is eating, drinking and pottying like normal.
He did have a busy weekend. Saturday he went to a bunny advocate meeting where they trimmed his nails for us and groomed him plus we got lots of great info. Then we ran to get his new hutch.
Sunday, he was moved from cage to hutch where he has lots more room but I know it has new smells, things are moved around from where they were in his cage, etc.
I have had lizards that pouted when we upgraded cages or changed things. My dog pouts when she has gotten in trouble, etc. so assume bunnies do as well?
Do we just leave him alone and let him get adjusted? Or do we make him come out and ineract with us like we have been doing?
Thanks!
