So tonight we introduced Sophie and Cady and I curious what to think….so Cady is obsessed with humping sophie, but she hasnt gotten angry she pretty much just runs away but my concern is he tried to grab onto her fur with his teeth…I dont know  what this means… also after a bit they both flopped right next to each other…they did some grooming and we ended on a good note with them both flopped and a treat…after cady even seemed a little sad she was gone lol any insight?  any tips on how to stop the humping or should this pass?

In my opinion, I would not let them meet. Cady just got neutered, right? He still .. can produce sperm  His hormones are still very very high and will continue to stay like that for a month or so.

I would hold off on any sort of bonding until a month after your female gets spayed.

Definitely wait. He still has a ton of hormones and is in mating mode.

It sounds like a fantastic first date to me! I agree with the others that I would let his hormones settle down, but humping is normal and will probably happen to some extent early on. The fur pulling is also normal – they do it to have something to hold on to. The fact that they didn’t fight and seemed comfortable laying next to each other is a great sign!

Cady looks content, little Sophie looks cranky
