Ugh. Just wanted to share stress with like minded peeps. Gotta take Felony to the vet today because he’s stressing me out. His water intake has more than tripled and he’s had a couple pee accidents outside of his litter box which NEVER HAPPENS. I’m hoping it’s just the big swing in temp we’ve had recently as he’s eating normally and his poos all look fine. If a rabbit stresses me this much I can only imagine when I have a 4 year old small person.

Here’s hoping for good news from the vet for Felony (I’m sorry, the name makes me giggle). It is so stressful when they act ‘off’.
Sending lots of healing vibes to both of you-Kathy

I think that all the time!  How do parents do it?!  I hope Felony is doing better.  How did he get his name?

Well the vet said he’s a healthy boy, so she seemed to think it’s an UTI since in the 4 years he’s been with me he’s never had this issue. So I have to give him 7 days worth of this gross gel stuff and antibiotics. I’m hoping that clears the situation up. BUT he’s soooo good at taking his meds! I mean he gets grumpy with me, but I’m proud of him regardless.

Ugh, I hope he’ll stop the peeing soon. I mean, he’ll pee a couple of times in his box, but then he’ll back his butt up to side of it and pee underneath it too!

Oh Lagomorphic, Fel came to live with me during my first year of law school. So his full name is Felonious Marshall “my last name”-“boyfriend’s last name” (He ‘formally’ adopted him when he moved in :-))

Glad to hear it probably isn’t something horrible! I love his little fluffy butt.

Yeah, it does not seem to be anything horrible. He’s still eating/pooping just fine. To be honest, I’ve not entirely ruled out the possibility that he’s just being a pain in the butt
