  I thought before, pooing outside is bad. And was thinking to myself, at least he’s peeing in his litter box making cleaning easy.
  
  Well, i put the kiss of death on that matter.
  
  About two days ago, He starts to pee outside of his litter box. At first I thought maybe because his litter box is dirty so he pees outside to tell me to clean it. Then yesterday I cleaned it. This morning I woke up to find that he still pees outside of his litter box!
  
  I put yesterdays’ news, hay, carefresh bedding in his litter box just as before. I even swap up a small piece of paper he peed on before to put in his litter box. This morning I found the litter box was moved to the center, and he peed to the right and left side of the litter box, but not in the box!
  
  I lined his cage with news paper too, just in case he spills accident. But without the litter, they are not really that great for soaking the pee.
  
  Is there any suggestion for this behavior?

  It can take awhile after neutering for hormones to calm down. Most bunnies go thru a teenager stage even when neutered where their litter habits are not good and they are destructive. How old is he and how long ago was he neutered?

  Ditto that. Also-it’s important for most animals that if they have an accident it’s cleaned very thoroughly(think bleach or vinegar)-almost all animals have better sense of smell then we do-and if it smells like a potty it is a potty

  he’s about 6month old. Just got neutered last friday. He never pee outside before, and I do try to clean it with vinegar.

  I’d agree it could be to his hormones settling post-neuter.
  
  Had you always lined the floor with newspaper or have you just started doing it since the habits have worsened?
  A couple things worth checking is if you’d accidently picked up a scented version of the litter. Also, if there is too much litter in the box he might be peeing over the edge.

  I usually line the cage with large sheets of boucher paper (got it from work), but since he pee outside, I lined extra newspaper around to help soak up the spill. I also do that to help absorb water from his ice bottle when it melts, since its getting hotter in LA.
  
  I usually don’t put that much litter in his box, because he would dig them all out and make a huge mess. So I would only put enough to help absorb the pee. And he does get defensive if I touch any part of his feces, from the hormone i guess.. So cleaning his cage is a huge hassel considering that he’s attacking me, while spray more pee and poop at the same time….
