I’ve been meaning to post this forever, I finally have some time.

About a month ago I was visiting my dads tattoo shop when i see a baby bunny in the little gated parking lot behind his shop! I tried getting close to it and of course it freaked out and ran away. I asked my dad about it and he said its been there for about a week. Whenever I had spare time, I went to see it and where it was going (it was living in someones backyeard and in a car :S) It had a huge grassy back yeard to eat and it wasn’t skinny so I could tell someone was feeding it. Once when I was there I saw a girl from one of my classes and she said that they had been trying to catch it.

Then I went to mexico for a week blah blah. When I came back the girl tells me that they somehow caught the bunny and it was at one of the girls’ houses. I asked looads of questions about everything and it turns out the girl was keeping the bunny in a cage smaller then a hamster cage and feeding it fruit and carrots As soon as I found this out I asked the girl if I could take the bunny to the VRRA. She said yes! I picked up the bun the next and drove 45 minutes to my favorite placein Vancouver! Olga, the owner of the VRRA, said the bunny was a boy and 2-3 months old. I don’t know how the bunny got there or if it was born there but I’m just glad he’s in a much better place with hay and more then enough room.

I’m so happy that he didn’t just die out there! He is a very curious and a gorgeous little grey bunny

Blue Cross, Blue Shield??? I have no idea what BC is… would one of you tell me, please? The VRRA is the Vancouver Rabbit Rescue and Advocacy though, right? Is that seperate or a chapter under the House Rabbit Society? Sorry, just curious. Anyway, I am really happy that the bunny was caught safely and that you took him to a place that was able to help him. And give him a greater living area.

BC = British Columbia, a Canadian province

Oh, that makes a lot of sense. Maybe I should sleep…or have thought about it a little more. Thank you for telling me.

The bunny was very calm so he could have been domesticated which makes me think that it escaped from someones house or something because who could let an adorable baby bunny go?!

Kelling, that is the VRRA I’m pretty sure it is under the house rabbit society but I’m not 100% sure.

Thanks everyone! That was my good deed of the month
