  my shop said hes a silver fox, someone else said chinchilla, some one said califorina (i know thats wrong)
  
  im just curious, i know alot of basic colorations and all, i just couldnt figure him out :c
  
  in pictures hes so bright but hes darker irl, his belly is also white and grey ticked not this warm brown , this last picture is dark but you can kinda see his belly?
  
  but yeah im just, … know it all isnt the right word, but i like to tell people “oh yes this is Poof, hes a black self jersey wooly! see how hes white at the base of his fur?, this is Apfel , hes a mini lop-” and thats all i get with it :C

  I can’t quite tell from the pictures, but he looks like some sort of agouti to me. This page has a few pictures of agoutis at the top.
  
  Is he more of a gray color or a light brown color?

  hes more of this rich brown color, so i guess agouti fits! when ever i looked agouti up it was wild rabbits or light brown rabbits, but when i typed in agouti mini lop they could be sisters or clones of apfel its so close. wow i dont feel so smart right now XD

  Looks like an agouti to me – chestnut specifically (there are many variations of agouti color).
