Hi Everyone! Geez it has really been ages since I’ve visited the site. I guess things have been pretty mellow for us and I didn’t NEED to come to it all the time for advice But I’ve missed all your updates and am seeing lots of them! We are doing well and my boys are 100% bonded. It was not an experience I’d like to ever repeat but it was deffinitely worth all the mess and frustration when I see them snuggling and happy and not lonely. I work a lot and I know if I hadn’t done it, I would be feeling super guilty about the time I’m gone and maybe have a bored and naughty Chubs on my hands? As it is, they are very, very good and they have free roam of my little apartment. I do have a baby gate for my bedroom when I’m not here to supervise because it’s the one room that has accessible cords. Also, they have charmed my neighbor, who is my built in bunny sitter when I go out of town. Hehe. Comet is still a little shy due to his background but he has gotten to a point where he trusts me enough to run up for treats and to where he enjoys a good petting session. Chubs is as much of a ham as ever. Here’s some updated pictures. What has everyone been up to??

Haha, thanks Well to be fair, I had just vacuumed when these were taken! But, I have a hay net that is attached to a piece of that wire shelving many of us use for pen building. So they sit in their litter box when they eat their hay which seems to catch most of it. Then the litter box is inside the base of one of those pet store cages (I don’t use the cage part any more) which acts as a big tray thing so that catches the other stuff for the most part. I kept expiramenting with this issue until I found something that seemed to work. I’m allergic to their hay so the more contained I can keep it the better, I also switched brands which seemed to help immensely. My bigger problem is the poo that they accidently fling out when they jump into and out of their litter box! I constantly have to sweep of the ones that get flung and I have no idea how to stop that issue, hehe. Here, let me just post a picture. Notice the stray poos that have flown out…kind of a dark picture but it was taken with the cell phone for speedy sake. You get the idea!

Hi Jenna! Nice to “see” you here again. Thanks for the update on your cute bunny boys also! LOL @ their nap positions!

                        The old foot-flung-dung issue… that’s a battle I choose not to fight.
