Gabby has only been with us since this last Wednesday but has become super friendly and does not seem to be scared of us or our cat Abby and two dogs Rowdy and Sophie. She will go visit with the dogs through the gate I made at the doorway to her room. I let her come out of the laundry room for the first time today and both dogs are doing so good with her.

My smaller dog Sophie seems very excited to see her and has went up and kissed her on the forehead a few times. If she gets in her face too much Gabby will just hop off. My larger dog Rowdy who is most likely Boxer/Lab mix is doing pretty good with her too. If anything he is a little scared of her. Gabby will go up to him and smell him but then he walks away if she stays close to him too long. He’s scared of my guinea pigs too so I figured he would be a little scared of her.

My cat’s litter box is in the laundry room where Gabby stays and Abby is frightened of her a little bit too. Gabby gets super excited and hops over to Abby and then Abby runs off. Gabby hops after her wanting to play with her. It’s so cute.

I think it’s going pretty good so far with everyone being out together. I’ve been in here the whole time to make sure everyone stays safe.

Awe! Just make sure the dogs are always monitored when they’re around Gabby. Dogs and rabbits can live together just fine, but you don’t want an accident to happen.
