Everyone is familiar with the Jackalope, but the lesser know Bunnicorn is also a favorite amongst fabled creatures.  However, I was able to take the picture of a baby Bunnicorn that was seeking medical advice from Dr. Harvey:

Please, don’t make fun of the size of his horn – he’s sensitive

(This is Tippy, receiving an acupuncture treatment at Dr. Harvey’s clinic)

Awww, that’s so cuuute! How is Tippy doing with acupuncture? I would be freaked out from the pokiness, but he looks pretty calm.

I wouldn’t make fun of your little bunny unicorn, very cute. That’s why I don’t know why you made fun of Dustor – I admit the first picture I posted of him in his BD thread doesn’t do him justice, so I posted another. I always know which end is up with him, though, thank goodness. I love his resemblance to an English Sheepdoggie too!

Chacha has had acupuncture once before and the needles were on both side of her head (ear) .. so it looked like she was frankenbun. My vet laughed. I’m sad I didn’t get a picture!!!!!!!!

Huckleberry says “Oh no! I’m must have eaten some funny grass, I’m seein stuff!!!”

I hope Tippy is feeling much better after his treatment! Adorable presentation of his pic, very creative!

Lashkay, I”m sorry if I offended you with the comment about Dustor. Actually if I make fun of a bun, I love them even more – sort of like the boy pulling the ponytails of the girl he likes. I’m immature that way – and in a dozen others. Afterall, I’m a guy.

That first pin in his head is suppose to help him relax. The interesting thing is that during the treatment, he was kicking his legs more in irritation which Dr. Harvey takes as a good sign – but he still has a way to go. A new treatment she wants me to try to help him strengthen his upper thigh is to sit him on his bum with his leg tucked under him while feeding him treats.

Why can’t I get a diagnosis like that?

Yes, they’re still together and aren’t adopted yet. And they seem to still be in love – although Tippy tends to go hide in a corner most of the time – I think because he can wedge himself against the wall and the hay rack so that he can bathe without falling over.

A bunnycorn bunny took himself to the vet.  Wow  an elusive creature what a priviledge for the vet huh?
