I’ve been wondering this for a while, what does it mean when your rabbit digs in your clothes & nibbles and pulls them? He also sometimes licks me around this time. Is it part of a grooming thing or what? And it does NOT appear to be anything bad. It seems likes he’s happy as can be when he does it.

          Quite normal behavior

My bunny loves to do that, to my blankets especially. when I first got her, she chewed my sweatshirt and pulled on it.
Rabbits have a chewing and digging instinct, so it is fine I would suggest a towel or a blanket.

He does it to the clothes I’m wearing lol, I think it’s cute. When I give him a towel or rags, he usually digs/pushes them around and sometimes nibbles on them, but I’ve never seen him tug on them like he does with the clothes I wear.

Hannah used to do that to my clothes. When she did it, it seemed like play – she would do the same thing to blankets and didn’t seem to realize that I was wearing the clothes and they weren’t just a blanket. Then she’d nip and get skin underneath. Haha.

To get her to stop I did a high pitched yelp everytime she did it and eventually she stopped.

we have a giant pillow (with cover) that i’ll put one of the bunnies on. then i take my hands and make digging motions on it, then they will copy.
